| 2024-12-26 |  |  | Never in my life would I recommend anyone using Mobicred. They advertise a certain reapayable amount for a certain amount of months (obviously depending on the loan amount). Only to find out after 12 months of paying my account on time,they say I still owe them. After speaking with a consultant,she told me that the amount advertised is only the minimum required amount to pay every month and in order to settle the account you need to pay more than the amount advertised on you're application! |

Firstly when i tried logging into my profile, i constanly received an error message saying "user locked" .After numerous calls to have my profile unlocked, no feedback was sent on whether my profile was unlocked or not. Tried logging in on app and now it says my app is out of date and needs updating but there is no new versions available on Playstore.🤔 I smell a big fat rat... |

I am constantly getting issues with a "User Account Status Locked" error message despite entering the correct login details. Then having to call and only having the account unlocked in 24 hours. An unlock should happen instantly. Overall awful and not a user-friendly platform but they want our money. |
| 2024-01-13 |  | | Where is the logic in telling me to update my version of the app and then not giving me the option to update? The Playstore tells me to install on more devices. I don't want to - I want it on my primary device only! I'm sitting here like an ape, waiting for the update to happen - 20 minutes in! We're in 2024, not 1924 - get this bug fixed and make your forced update seamless and user friendly! |
