Payments limits change on app won't work especially late night early morning on weekends holidays, Just says error ,and then branches is closed, leaving u redfaced or in trouble in emergencies. fail online payment with fraud alerts sometimes.U report it on fb in person at branch but it's years now nothing changes.African Bank living up to African ways.best2 leave this place |

It has been months that I can't perform anything in this app. I can't transfer money, buy voucher, buy data or airtime. It doesn't function at all. It keeps on saying error occurred. I tell support app stopped working, I give them error message, I also tell them my login details work I tested them on internet banking and cellphone banking and can login there, I also give them device and android version, a support agent Mandla replies, " if I forgot my login details I must reset them". How stupid can that answer be ? Train the support stuff properly . |
