The app doesn't work. It just shows a loading icon. It's been stuck like that for a month

I went to a shop I wanted to pay with this benefit plus and they asked me to come the following we with a voucher printed on paper. I had to find during the weekend a Faxcopy shop pay some 50 cents to get the voucher printed and next day bring to the shop. A mythological adventure just to do the payment. Such payment procedure should be completely forbidden. Unbelievable.
