| 2024-09-23 |  |  | cant even access my own workplace properly because the app doesnt give me the option to do so. but yet it still wants to have nfc on and stay enabled in the background. why? nobody knows. awful customer support, i sent a message on the app over a week ago and nobody has bothered to reply. and to boot, the records of my previously sent messages just vanished. im really tired of the broken app craze these days, what ever happened to a good old physical access card? |
| 2024-09-16 |  | | The MyWorkplace app has been an amazing tool for secure access to the building. The “Social Wall” is a standout feature—it keeps me updated on everything happening in the building, from workspace news to events. I love how easy it is to scroll through and stay in the loop! |
| 2024-08-16 |  | | Very easy to use but an absolute battery drain for your phone The interface is super simple, which is perfect for an app I can't add the NFC to my Google wallet. Be careful, once you've opened this app, even when you close it then it will stay open in the background so you have to force stop it's background activity every single time or it just completely kills your battery. I don't really know why it isn't optimised better to not do that, but it's still a small step better from keyfobs. |

| 2022-12-23 |  | | So bad I uninstalled it. It drains your battery, sends several push notifications every hour to tell you it's on, it's full of useless information no one wants or needs. We were forced to use it to replace our electronic key fobs. However else you might use it, when you want to open a door you don't want to tap 3-4 times to do so. I'm so glad we have access via a fob/app-less door! |
