It won't show me to complete my registration to setup the app. It freezes at the password creation and won't go past that 😒. Very annoying braise I can get my invoices to pay and then they turm my electricity off 😑

Aweful APP. Really who is in charge of testing. I get 600 Euros of benefits that don't ever work. Ive tried numerous times to get someone to contact me and not once have i been.

Latest update broke the application. Now most of the screens are just white if you use English language, and you can't see the content. However if you use Portuguese you can see everything. So please fix the app content for the English.

App is not working properly, it's all blank and shows just a few icons and info is not visible. Already reinstalled but it didn't solve the issue.

Setting the app to English completely breaks it (on my Pixel 7 Pro). Also having an English setting is amateur programming, it should just take the phone's language setting.

I'm very happy with this EDP App, because you can change the language into English. You can monthly insert your readings, and it will show you what your next invoice will be. Furthermore, you can contact the support help desk in English, if you come across a problem, or need clarification about something.

Miserable! New update doesn't work. A wet brick would've been more usefull. Old app wasn't great, very slow but at least it worked. Can't wait to be overbilled because of such great job. Thanks very very much.

What i want to know is why the app is not working all of the sudden. Tried to open it and wouldn't open. It open 5 day ago but now it won't open. Is there anything wrong with it or is it being in maintenance mode.
