She decided to export her video after editing but in the process maybe she mistakenly sent a request of purchase. I was charged #16000 this morning that wasn't planned. I am devastated and not happy with the whole stuff. I regrated downloading this app in the first place. I have been searching how to asked for a request which I don't know how possible it will be. |

But I understand nothing is free these days but then I had an amazing experience and that is why I rated it a 4 out of 5 star review and alsos the other thing that bothered me is that you can't make videos with the templates that u have when you are offline. |

Sadly I can't afford the monthly subscription right now. Really enjoying the trial version. I love pixabay photos and videos and glad I can access it on Vidma. So many customizations.
