I cannot tell you the amount of times it has crashed during processing or saving, it is SO frustrating! The library is super limited and over the year I've only seen small amount of new templates added. Considering the speed at which social media trends evolve this needs to improve if it wants to keep active subscribers happy. |

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now I can't log in and I'm still having the same problems. It just logs me in like a new account. I can't access the account I'm paying for |

Ans yes the app is updated and phone restart does nothing to solve this issue. I am using Kapwing which is much better than Mojo for captions, elements, and music for our videography business. |

Doesn't recognise Google photo albums and forces you to select photos by scrolling through years of photos individually - completely impractical. Would like my money back if there is no workaround. Changing workflow does not seem to help as selecting the photo first and clicking "share" doesn't even bring the app up as an option. |
| 2024-02-18 |  | | Ita advertised as best FREE video editing app. You download the logo when installed and on its home screen part of the logo next to Mojoin a blue box says "FREE" So it reads "MojoFREE" yet every template I chose, it has a watermark on it and asks me to pay weekly or yearly.. if you have a watermark on it, it's not free... it's free advertising to you, like Capcut is free, they have a pro-version but I don't have to have a Capcut Logo on any of my videos and I don't pay for it!!! It's deceiving! |

They advertise a free app, but it only allows you to play with the app. In no way can you save videos even with a watermark unless you spend money to buy the pro version. Sorry, I'm not interested in your false advertising. I'll uninstall and continue with CapCut. |
