| 2025-02-03 |  | | I like the app, but sometimes it can be a little challenging when you are trying to do different things and the app is not clear when seeking where to go or how to maneuver in the app, but you just have to READ EVERYTHING and just troubleshoot until you get it. I like using the app better than having to call or go to a local office, because my son has epilepsy and autism so it is more convenient, to say the least. I'm figuring it out. |

What's happening: Every time I try to login either with my username and password or with biometrics it send me to a screen that says system error try again later. I have installed and re installed it , I have turned my device off and back on , and I have checked to see if it needs to updated both the app and my phone system. And still nothing. |

They generated for me a custom one today and right off the bat even after she had me repeat it back to her I went to log in and it locked me out in seconds. They dont listen to me when I tell them the darn thing doesn't work right! I won't be using it again!!!!!! I guess I'll go in person for everything since their apps stuck in the dark ages. |

Ex: "you should receive your benefits 8/11" but when I go to my case breakdown it says "you will receive your benefits on the 22nd of each month". Then when I check my balance after midnight on "8/11" there's no deposit. I'm thoroughly confused. Update: despite several attempts to sign in I was prompted to create a new password. I did and it just keeps telling me to create a new one and now it's locked |

I don't have access to a fax machine nor a vehicle to go to the health and human services office and on top of that there's no other way to send them except by mail but I don't have printed copies either. Please fix!!!! I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still would upload, it just says there is a system error try again soon... |

Love being able to see my balance & transactions without making a phone call...able to delete an app (that have the info) and free up some phone space. 02/16/23 with 2 stars... This was a really good app until it was updated. For more than a week now, it's been having a system error. I can't login to upload any forms or other necessary documents. |

However, it rarely works. the portal to send documents, however, is extremely frustrating as it never seems to work correctly. most times, it takes several trys to get anything to send. other times, they don't send at all. I've been denied benefits due to inability to get documents in on time simply because the portal won't work. |

I log in to try to renew my benefits and there's no option to renew and it just keeps on circling over and over I had to call and renew over the phone and then try 7 times through the app to upload the pictures because the app kept on crashing The Web version isn't any better Too many bugs |
| 2022-09-21 |  | | 2019 - App does not sync with desktop program, nor does it sync with the phone system used by TX Health & Human Services, making it extremely difficult to use any one of them. Very, very frustrating and time-consuming!! I am a retired IT professional and would never put any of these programs in use in this state. I can't even imagine how frustrated and lost a typical user would be when confronted with these problems. 9/20/22 - Same problems continue!! |
