However, there have been so many problems with several words and phrases that sometimes I need to repeat up to 14 times to get a good score in the word/sentence. In addition, I frequently get messages as "put your microphone farther," whether using headphones or not. Feedback is imprecise, too. I had a downgrade in my grade due to these issues. |

I have already reported it in every way and the problem remains the same. It is in the category coach real life communication, lesson: discussing progress. I can't finish my daily lessons every time because of this lesson. |

There is no option in the application to change the language of emails and notifications. The support is useless. Mailed them and the response was a total nonsense, like if they didn't even read my email. |

So now I was too close to buy a lifetime subscription but before that I decided to doublecheck how it works now (I was inspired by one of your last video on YT and, of course, the discount), and surprisingly for me, it doesn't work at all. The app is not able to recognize my voice. I use s24 ultra, and I'm sure that everything is OK with my mic. Moreover, I tested, just in case my mic with other apps, they hear me well |

It keeps detecting massively wrong sounds that I made correctly, if you hear the playback. A female friend I have seems to have a better time, maybe the algorithms just don't work very well for male voices, or maybe there is something specific about my voice that makes it difficult, but as it stands this app is unfortunately not very usable for me. |

It will give you better results. The animations they have to advertise this feature are misleading. You won't see that same interface, just silly text feedback. The interface is really nice now, but the experience is horrible, even with the pro plan (which is much more expensive now, btw) you don't have access to everything, and the app keeps pushing you to buy more stuff. The conversational AI tool is completely disposable. Just another ai that works very well as a concept, but it is not useful in practice. |

You will not regret of purchasing it. |

The screenshots are nowhere like the app, there are no exercises, you're just limited to 1) "AI Coach" (same thing as asking ChatGPT), 2) "Role play" (same as "AI Coach" but in a special setting), and 3) "Courses", which require microphone access and which I'd imagine not better than a random 4-star course on Udemy. |
