No useful information about charging failures. Have to phone EON for details, if red ring appears on charger. They aren't helpful at all either

This app and the associated charger continually get disconnected. This happens every time I get an update to Android. I then have to go outside and power the charger down and back up to reconnect. That a pain and as a result I have given up with the app.
