| 2024-11-25 |  | | Managed to scan proof address passport and picture id then get to finish and it says use a device that suports NFC to scan your chip. What does NFC mean ? Nottingham football club comes to mind ! Not a simple process. Very frustrating |

| 2024-11-21 |  | | Just when you think you're getting somewhere OOPS another error. Firstly, I don't think they ever explain that you need to use Google Chrome first. So when I managed to the chip scan stage it says I'm uploading the wrong document even though it's literally my passport and I had selected passport. It is sheer negligence on the part of the legislative structures which allowed this terrible service to be legally used. I would develop a better app after a lobotomy. |
