Good for collecting extra cash for goods and services that I already use online. Although, some companies (deliveroo) do not want to give back to their customers. I hope they get banned from the app. Also, there's not a lot of help for customers apart from the FAQ section.

Irene, 2025-01-18*Edit: checked all settings as suggested, they were all as it should be. * Never tracks my purchases on mobile, which is where I do most of my shopping from. Waste of storage space. Hasn't tracked anything since June 2024. Yes I made sure it didn't go through an app, all permissions are granted, even unistalled and reinstalled, and still nothing. I get more back from Quidco, I never have any problem with their tracking, even though their rates are a little lower, I do get cashback.
