App confusing and different to use have to go through multiple screens and somrtimencant go back so have to restart app, also very flaky keeps disconnecting.

The app has stopped communicating with anything and I'm being told by the installer of my heaters that it is now obsolete and the only solution is to spend more money to upgrade the system. Having already paid out thousands on my heaters this is less than ideal.
