garbage. unreliable and completely useless. locks users out at random. doesn't provided notification of new messages. NEVER updates any information from the school even though I know that the school are uploading the information.

Terrible. It used to let me know if I had messages. Now, I need to open the app to see if I have any. Which means i sometimes miss things, such as deadlines, etc Half the time, it doesn't load and repeatedly tells me an error has occurred. As much as using an app to be in contact with the school is great, I much prefer the old-fashioned way of using letters.
