| 2024-08-05 |  | | I do not understand why your app has a pay in store button, but I can not pay in store. I have to use the app to pay. All other coffee shop apps allow me to collect points and pay in Store. If your paying in cash or need to update your card details, your customers lose put on points. How is this fair to your loyal customers? Why would you not just go to a different store and use their more cutomer focused apps? |
