They cover shipping and purchase all genres. If a book isnt accepted on a sale don't trip bc it might be the next time. There's also bonuses that they give for sales and buybacks. Customer service is quick at responding and really nice...try em out and lets keep books outta the landfills and recycling. 👊🏻😎 Love ❤️
