Agilico Connect

Had this app to work from home after my stroke, as we use this company for landlines. Installed in Jan 2023, and its constantly crashing, can't reconnect once I've called out. Not keeping a concise log of calls/missed calls. I'm having to log off and back in multiple times a day, yet " there's no issues with the app, it's your phone ". Brand new 5g? Low volume on calls, which I can't turn up. Apparently my headset. Tried 6 different ones and always same output. No matter which phone is used?
