This is the best ringtone cutter I've used. It's best if used with wired headphones or no headphones. Wireless earbuds have a delay and often cause a created ringtone to start or end prematurely, causing additional editing to be done.

Great app and great fun making your own ringtones. Even funnier combined with a voice changing app too. My only gripe now is the change in layout which I'll get used too and the fact you have to make sure you kill the app when finished, otherwise the annoying adverts keep showing up on my home screen.
