| 2025-01-24 |  |  | Installation is poorly done. After-sales service is even atrocious - my after-sales service request since mid-December 2024 has not been looked into (it's 24th Jan 2025 today). No one answers the phone. The sales rep says he has passed my enquiry on to the relevant department. It's shameful to see the word Pro in the brand name. Guess my investment for a home renovation service has just made some directors rich, who clearly have no conscious to customers. What a dishonest business. IKEA FTW! |
