If you want security cameras that are easier and less expensive than ring these are it. Is there a learning curve, yes. Do they seamlessly work with Alexa? No, there is a learning curve there as well. However, if you want something simple that you can monitor from your phone, Symelec is the way to go. Might eventually replace the current ones I've got with higher def ones although these are crystal clear.

The best money I have ever spent on a camera. Been on a pole out in the elements for over a year now. Not a single issue ever rain, fog, wind and extreme heat have never effected this camera. I highly recommend it. I'm not paid or comp'd in any way. These are 100% my feelings on this camera. Unfortunately I can not rate customer service simply because I haven't needed them. Awesome picture day and night. Thank Symynelec for an outstanding product.
