| 2023-10-29 |  |  | I didn't like this app .They are charging so much as delivery Charges..Chandausi is a very small city and mostly all the shops are nearby but their delivery Charges are more... Initially when they started the delivery Charges was 5rs or 10rs but now it's like 25rs or 30rs...Along with that their are no offers which they provide..So I would suggest provide more offers and reduce delivery Charges also work on the interface of the app. |

No food vendor applies GST in Chandausi but if we order via this app,we have to pay GST + delivery charges + time based charge. This city is small and most of the vendors fall within less than 1 km range. Still the delivery charges are being copied like big cities. This is very bad. If a 50 rs order is placed, then customer needs to pay 75 + gst. Means total cost is more than 50% of the actual cost of item. |

We can't know if the item will be delivered and how ucha time will it take. And before all please add feedback option also for delivery agent. |

| 2023-06-07 |  | | its good, but there is a minus point that the weight of the snacks is not as per our wish for example if we have to order jalebi in breakfast we are bound to order 1 kg or 1/2 kg, i want to order 100gm, so how can i fulfill my wish, its ok the boundation to order above rs. 50, but when there is a single person at home and he or she wants to order little little amount of things in rs. 50 or 60 he can't. therefore i m requesting to look after this problem that we are facing |

Same product same food with just a double cost. Someone with a studpid mind can order from you. Zomato have already crush your backbone you know that or not. Just remove your app from Play Store you are just making fool of innocent people. |

| 2022-10-08 |  | | I'm using this application from last month and till now I had done around 5 to 6 orders and i have never faced any difficulty in that and the most happiest thing is this I can also order grocery and madicine and daily need items only in this and they are delivering the orders on time ( it's a wonderful app đ) |
