| 2024-12-27 |  | | Roaming works for 2 seconds and fails for 8 seconds on estimated average in Malaysia I believe. How am I suppose to do anything like this? Also your customer service need to learn how to use Google maps. I gave them my location and the name of a place I am extremely close to, but they somehow still want it to be more specific? |
| 2024-12-06 |  | | The amazing8 package is a good combo, with minutes usable to call Malaysia as well as data package that can be used in Malaysia as well. Did not have any problem calling to Msia from singapore or using roaming data in malaysia. The only problem i found with redone is that porting from redone to other telco is done without any approval by owner or 2FA security. When i ported out, my number was ported out on the same day directly. There was only 1 sms notifying me like 8hrs before port. Scary! |

| 2024-01-03 |  | | The "upgraded" app turns out to be a downgraded one because it can't even do bill payment smoothly like the old app. No keyboard display pops up when you try to enter the amount to be paid, so our have to go down one of the physical stores to pay your bill. This problem as been there since the app "upgrade", and seems like it has not been attended to. Spent lots of time on the support chat, but no resolution. |
| 2023-12-29 |  | | I don't have a good experience with this Telco. Whenever you want to change/upgrade your plan it's $10, to change. Unlike other telcos like Giga which is free. You can tell that they attempt to suck money every chance they got. Previously it was $2 for 1GB unfortunately now if u run out of data now it's $5 for 5 GB. I want a cheaper option for data add on. This is not it. Additionally they charge $10 for onboarding fee. Despite advertising that they work in Malaysia, their connection terrible |

| 2023-08-21 |  | | Great great telco! I can receive the SIM card at my house with comfort and ease! Further more, their sales guy answer all my questions patiently and professionally. This is so far the best experience I've got! Unlike those courier guy who knows nothing about the mobile service. The App is easy to use and understand. It would be better if we can change password more easily without having to key in old password and the OTP thing. |

If u are calling Malaysia usage is high, then no choice. U have to choose this. If not high. Can choose Simba $10, 10G use at Malaysia and 100 mins call to Malaysia. |
