| 2024-07-30 |  | | Do not recommend HLAS on travel insurance. When u have an eligible claim, their staff drags out the process, asking for repeated documents once every week, being unresponsive and ignoring your questions. |

| 2023-04-12 |  | | What a crappie app. Managed to log in using Singpass but then can't go any further. What a waste of time downloading this app. You ask me to verify my email and my phone number but then the system says error. Please don't download this app. You will be wasting your time. |

| 2022-11-30 |  | | Cannot login at all. This has been happening for months already. Even when people rate 1 star & indicate 'app unable to login' comments, nothing is done. Seems like developer don't care at all. If that's the case then pls remove your app. Edit 30 Nov 22: i emailed to the developer's contact email. The team responded to me within the day. Miraculously, I was able to launch the app. So if you're having login issues, write in to them. Not sure what backend enabling they need to perform & whatnot. |
