The VIBW application serves as the mobile extension of the Web Self Care portal, tailored for fixed line Enterprise Customers. Users can log in using their existing Web Self Care credentials to easily view circuit details, manage Trouble Tickets, update customer profiles, and access the escalation matrix. A standout feature is the ability to create Trouble Tickets directly through the app for faster issue resolution, along with real-time status tracking until closure. Customers can also review their Trouble Ticket history from the past 7 days and provide feedback within the app for an enhanced user experience.
