I have nothing but problems with this app. I've tried using it on both my Sony Xperia 1 and on my laptop. It tells me I've got my pin wrong on 3 separate occasions on the windows version, but I've only entered my pin once CORRECTLY. The mobile app just fails to authenticate under auto enrollment. Manual enrollment asks for a URL, which you can't copy and paste. It just doesn't work correctly. It's awful. I just need to connect to my customer, but I can't. Their it are thankfully very patient

Sam Mitchell, 2024-08-29You had one job! This looks like it was coded by a programming student who really didn't think anyone was actually intending on using it. The app works if. IF you ever get past enrolling your mobilepass. I've now enrolled 5 phones and I've got another 20 to do. It has been problematic each time and not even in the same way. The link fails to redirect the phone to enrolling it. Copy paste is disabled. Have done every permutation of installing and enrolling to no avail it just doesn't cooperate
