2023-01-01	Helen June Crumpholt	Can't log in to the app with my existing account, it says my username and password are invalid even though I can log in to the browser version of the site with them no problem. When I tried resetting my password to see if it would help it declared that my Hotmail account was not a valid email address. Absolutely baffled with how to use this 🤷🏻‍♀️
