This is perfect, you'll insert your body weight, age and height and you'll get the perfect plan. I tried it for the first time today, i admit i sweated a lot and i forgot to drink water, but other than that it was perfect. As a begginer, i got a minute of jogging and two of walking which felt like a break for me. Don't do like me and don't forget to drink water!! You'll get more and more exhausted if you forget to drink water. This app deserves all 5 stars with a brave review, it really helps.

There are no training options like they advertise that I can find. Paid version is exactly the same as the free version in terms of options. I don't like that you can't choose to run a certain amount of time, you can only go by their (one) training plan. There's better running apps out there.
