Their response when I ask for help, "Click on the Share button in the upper right corner and choose a convenient method. There are no other methods." not much of a help. Just a dead end. The audacity to say There are no other methods. Looking for another app that can do better and with better support. |

It gets so bogged down trying to load the ads that it simply gets "stuck" and freezen when trying to open this app! Due to this app getting slogged and bogged down when it's trying to load ads, this app turns all attempts to jot down a quick note a total disaster. Hopefully thete is some way that I can transfer all of the notes, made over time in this app, to another more "user friendly" app that opens up quickly! |
| 2022-09-15 |  | | I normally love this app, but recently I've noticed that the ads have been making the app glitch (sometimes even failing to open, or take very long to open), which is frustrating. Just now I opened the app, clicked on a note just as an ad tried popping up, and now it's still loading and I can't click anything. This has been happening a lot recently. Perhaps the file size of the ad videos are too large, I don't know. Just thought I'd share the feedback. |

Gives you just long enough to take notes and get stuck with the app once you realize how bad the ads are. The app used to take very little time to open but once the ads started coming in they were large enough files to take six to eight seconds for the app to open. |

It wouldn't open the options menu with a long press of the text like windows (I needed to paste). It was a simple copy from a different app and trying to paste. Simple highlight, copy and paste into your app. |

It's very complex yet so simple/easy to use/understand. I use it to keep track of my clients' names, emails, phone numbers &/or to keep track of any upcoming appointments. Highly recommend this app to anyone & everyone 😁 |

Update: I have had this app for awhile now & have had some big issues. First the app deleted all my notes, but I'm still getting the reminders that I had set up, the support team never got back to me when I contact them. Then I can't get the app to make a widget of my notes on my screen, it just won't bring anything up. I'm very disappointed. |

It would be nice if I could see the calendar not only by day, but by week and month as well. Once your on the calendar day, would be nice if it auto to that date. These are not issue by any means, just would be a nice upgrade. Love the no ads |
