| 2025-01-27 |  | | Worst ever banking app. Truly. It's slow, it's compicated for no reason, don't even try to sign in, cause you'll need to go to the bank anyways so that they can let you in. It's just pure nonsense. Why do you need to do it like this? Banca Transilvania is doing just fine without these unnecessary, and user unfriendly steps. I am very sad that I've switched to BRD. |

Same error pops up at the start and authentication. Android 11 and 12 Unihertz tank and Oukitel WP15. Everything worked fine before the latest You BRD app update. |

I don't plan to buy a phone in near future and I have no software update possible for it. Now you say I will not be able to use the app on my Android 7 phone and I have a few weeks to switch to a different phone. Ok, I can live without your mobile app but it I cannot connect to the online banking website either (because i need the OTP code generated by the mobile app). Add FIDO keys then! |
