Servicii deplorabile, am plasat o comanda la 18:42, la 20:43 am luat legatura cu dispeceratul si mi s-au spus multe minciuni si 0 scuze, de genul "e trafic in oras" si "se merge cu 10 km/h", si "curierul va livra rapid, se afla in zona dvs". 20 minute mai tarziu ma vad nevoit sa sun din nou si sa anulez comanda, intrucat dupa aproape 2h si 30 min, comanda inca nu ajunsese la mine. Again, nici scuze, nimic, doar un "va multumim frumos" zeflemitor, de parca as fi avut pentru ce sa va multumesc.
