| 2025-01-20 |  | | Even though my plan is active with SunNxt and Discovery plus, I was unable to claim through Playbox app. Finally, after contacting Playbox support team over Whatsapp chat ;) they manually activated the subscriptions from their side. I had to give my login details and OTP which is wierd. Conclusion is, this has to be done easily through Playbox app. Even after contacting many times, I m not sure the support team forwarded the bug in App to App development team. If not, please get this issue forw |
