Every time when the bot is asking to confirm that you want still to connect it's restarting the process. I don't know if it's a bug or just poor coding but I am trying over 1h and is useless. |

Canceling and returning is near impossible due to the chat bot that needs to be used. I can't cancel anything without talking to a representative, but there is never anyone online.
