App needs to be always on and upfront. Keeping it in the background disconnects you and gives a very irritating sound until go back to the app again. Using the app will make your phone useless. Its either close the app and miss the orders or keep the app on and forget about using your phone for any other things.

When it goes offline it keeps on beeping. Our wifi is working perfectly well. So I don't understand why it keeps going offline. Please add a feature that can keep the beeping down or to get rid of it. Oh it also keeps disconnecting.
