| 2024-12-30 |  |  | fast and easy to use but I hope they can improve the product calculation down to 20% because it is easier for the client to make an offer if they have an example computation to see.. it is faster for the client to draw if they have a sample computation based under 20% downpayment. as what system mostly offer to the client |

| 2023-12-26 |  | | Well the system offers the min. downpayment which is 50%, but I notice that it won't show the monthly offers, but if I lower the recommended downpayment it shows the monthly offers, it kinda conflict cause if I lower the downpayment the percentage of approval would also drop and so the result was the client's application was rejected, hoping this would be update soon |
