Cant log in to my bank accnt. Bought a new phone because my old phone were damage, i already uninstalled my app there, but until now it says number of user reached. Very useless app!!!

always ask to update app and when j check no need to update (thus app updated). now i havent been able t log in for more than 2wks because app says m'logged in maximum devices but i haveno other device.

everytime I opened the app it always says please update the app and when I check on the play store there is no for update status. Totally sucks.. but on paying is good and bank transfer.

This is getting frustrating. Took a month to activte my account. After that, there's no other option aside from Display QR for cash in. I inquired a lot of times about this and it is still not working properly. Your employee even said that it's impossible, seriously? It's been almost a month, no progress so far. Wht am I going to do? Just watch my money in the app? They don't even update me, they still need me to remind them abou this issue!

They tagged my account as suspicious without any valid reasons. They later adviced me to go there personally just to get my remaining funds. Like WTH? I opened an online account for convenience and to avoid such hassle and now they want me to travel 4hrs just to get MY VERY OWN MONEY. I even called the branch just get answered by an arrogant and irate employee who said, they don't care about anything. She even shouted and heavyly dropped the phone.

Not good when I open a savings account, it shows on the app screen is only your account number aside from that. No option for bank transfer. Pay bills cash in and cash out etc.... O star 🌠

I made an account, it says it was successful but when I tried logging in again it got denied. My friend also made an account so see if it would work for him but the outcome was the same, as soon as he finished signing up he couldn't log in because it gets denied.

It says invalid qr, amt must not appear. Why not just ignore the amt in qr then? Bring back login via fingerprint! It should accept all fingerprints saved on device. Currently it only accepts 1st saved fingerprint.

The app is not working properly. It keeps posting "please check internet connection" even if the connection is good
