I inquired a lot of times about this and it is still not working properly. Your employee even said that it's impossible, seriously? It's been almost a month, no progress so far. Wht am I going to do? Just watch my money in the app? They don't even update me, they still need me to remind them abou this issue! |

I opened an online account for convenience and to avoid such hassle and now they want me to travel 4hrs just to get MY VERY OWN MONEY. I even called the branch just get answered by an arrogant and irate employee who said, they don't care about anything. She even shouted and heavyly dropped the phone. |

| 2022-11-16 |  | | I made an account, it says it was successful but when I tried logging in again it got denied. My friend also made an account so see if it would work for him but the outcome was the same, as soon as he finished signing up he couldn't log in because it gets denied. |
| 2022-10-09 |  | | It says invalid qr, amt must not appear. Why not just ignore the amt in qr then? Bring back login via fingerprint! It should accept all fingerprints saved on device. Currently it only accepts 1st saved fingerprint. |
