"ONPEID" is a mobile application that enables Peruvian citizens to authenticate their identity via electronic DNI (version 2) for remote voting in elections. Users need to activate the NFC feature on their smartphones and enter the PIN associated with their digital certificate found in the electronic DNI to access digital voting boxes during non-face-to-face electoral processes.
