So i accidentally payed for the subscription and im just wondering how to unpay really good app though you can learn almost any song so 4 stars

Bought the pro version of this app back in 2016 and it was great! Recently got a new phone and installed it there and logged in, but to my surprise I no longer have access to the pro version. I've tried everything to fix the issue but nothings worked, as of today I lost access to the pro version on my old phone after trying to see if I uninstalled/reinstalled it would fix my issue but I was wrong. Emailed to app creators and got a copy/paste email about how to troubleshoot the issue and nothing.
