| 2024-04-11 |  | | I have been taking the bus for over 30 years and there have always been buses that don't even show up! (Tonight for example) 17 too often to count! Unacceptable in this day and age! Put on either app when a bus isn't coming. I understand having to divert buses but put a line through the time on the schedule or bus canceled or ANYTHING! There are the elderly and young women who wait for these buses to get home safely and wait and wait and the buses just don't show up! This is a paid service! |

Busses although less late than before, drivers are not satisfied and it is reflected in treatment they give us, especially when there's a change in their road map, they don't advise us to the nearest métro, they let you suffer so that you damn the day you decided to rely on the STM. You have more luck using app transit. Download "transit". |
