2024-11-09	Lori Sifuentes	Wait times are horrendous but you would never know because they don't put wait times or number of people ahead you when choosing a provider. Waiting over an hour and getting kicked off is normal.

2024-06-19	Paul Jones	There are no options to use headphones or speakers on the phone. It is hard to do a video visit when you are required to keep your ear next to the phone so that you can hear the provider. Would be more useful and use friendly if fixed.
2024-02-06	Shane Munn	Set up was straightforward but a lot of questions which I get. Logging in was somewhat difficult as it was requiring camera permissions but it didn't require them until it was trying to log in. It would then crash. I had to clear the cache and log in and answer all those questions again. After I had given it permission for the camera. The call was awesome and Adam Wright PA was spot on and able to help with the limited information I was able to give him.
2023-05-14	Elena A	It works flawless. The doctor I selected was very knowledgeable. I am grateful for this technology. I needed to connect with a doctor because a back pain that was unbearable. The urgent care were full and being at home was much more convenient. First time used this app and very happy with the results, a half hour later the prescription were ready at my chosen pharmacy. Thank you to all the programmers that created this app. Saves lives!

It was so confusing and difficult to use I ended up having to call customer service for help even after going on the website to look for instructions. When I called customer service, the representative was negative and rude and lacked motivation to even want to help. On top of everything, SHE FLIPPIN HUNG UP ON ME!
2021-12-31	Jemmyn Buchanan	Messaging does not work, even thought I've seen multiple providers it says I have no contacts. I tried to add my insurance details and after I submit it, it just spins and spins searching for details. I also got booted 3 times just as I was being connected to provider. Can not switch to any other app while waiting for provider.
2021-03-04	Jared Barneck	Terrible. 1. Never has one of my kid's result. 2. My wife can see results for some kids and I can't, we are bot linked to all 4 kids. 3. Single sign on is atrocious. 4. Once logged in, half the time it just spins and never loads results. It took 20 minutes from text message to loading of my results, and yes, I had the correct password stored on LastPass, it was just spinning post login and taking forever.
2021-02-15	Christine Vaipua	So Easy, Helpful and I felt comfortable. Loved the physican I was able to pick. Helped me, understood, professional and friendly. Took the time to really look at my records and ask questions. Perfect all around. I highly recommend.
