Okay for viewing balances or making a photo deposit, but has a distinct lack of ability to make transfers to/from other banks. Have to use the website for that, and if I'm on the website I can already do most everything else, so what's the point of the app? Also, they clearly ignored NIST security guidelines about forced password expirations and changes.

Having difficulty with this app. It's not communicating messages. I can't use bill pay. Tried linking another bank's info. I can see it but can't use it to transfer $ into my CU account or pay my loan. It wouldn't allow mobile deposit for a check. Problems. It's no help.

New app is definitely an improvement over the previous one, but that frankly that isn't saying much. It's basically a clone of the website with a number of missing features. Please add the following: Front page shortcut to billpay (it's the #1 reason I open the app), graph for future cash flow (#1 reason I open in my PC browser instead)

I have been a member of ATFCU since before the app and smartphones were available and have seen it continue to become more and more user friendly with improved GUI, streamlined options and security heightened. Highly recommended for new credit union users and a new generation of bankers.

Frequently forgets the biometrics login. I haven't memorize my ATFCU password, so I'm rarely able to log in when I'm not at home, and that makes makes this app useless.

This new app provides more information. I would suggest a very strong password. When ATFCU requests information to be emailed to them (to support loan application or some other transaction), they need you to use the messaging function within this app.

This app us no longer supported on my Samsung tablet and therefore I'm not able to get as clear a picture of my transactions, I much prefer the other older version where I was provided more information I'm really disappointed with the change but I like ATFCU and have been a customer since 1996, much better than a bank.

I am not sure if it's the app or just that nothing is working yet. This change was not thought through very well before pulling the trigger. There are things that were set up like transfers on the old system that are still set up, but not visible on the new system. The only way to fix is to call and have them cancel the old one and then set up a new one in the new system. Some family member accounts that shouldn't be visible to other family members are. The list goes on...

I absolutely refuse to get on this app in the mornings because it instantly puts me In a bad mood. I am changing all 4 of my accounts to a different bank completely. I am consistently disappointed with every new thing ATC does. I'm over it. Beyond over trying to like this place.

I hate how I now have to click on the description to find out who the charge is from. I wish you'd give a small detailed view like it used to be before the upgrade. I also can't view the last 5 transactions without signing in even though I selected that in my settings. Needs some serious work and it shouldn't have been released like this. It's a horrible new version. So much so that I'm thinking of switching banks. Plus, I didn't receive any notice saying that you would be down for 5 days!
