The app promised participants would enjoy live chat meeting bookings, navigation assistance, a comprehensive Chatbot experience, Notifications and alerts for setting reminders etc. Having used it, I'd say the performance was quite underwhelming. I would ask that the Bank undertakes a good review of the app and app performance against next year. I hope to see a much improved offering next time around.
