Annoying clicking

This is essentially a mandatory app for me to attend a medical conference for which I have paid a large sum of money and I will be accosted by advertising? Are you kidding me? The whole time I have it open I have to LISTEN to advertisements scrolling by!? Are you serious!? Not to mention it doesn't work unless you give it access to your photos. Are you kidding me? I wish there were an option for fewer stars than one.
