Using this app with a Polar H10 and Pixel 6. This app is great for V1 & V2 level estimation. I have not had the chance yet to compare it with an actual lactic acid test, but it correlates very well with my level of perceived effort. The app is a bit busy but I doubt the user in search of this info will care. I see great potential not only with athletes but also possibly for ME/CFS paitens who are trying Heart Rate Pacing in order to stay within their energy envelope.
