I should have read other reviews before using this app brought 2 pairs of shoes both the same size however once they arrived i received 2 different sized shoes 1 size and 1 size 12. After slot of mucking around trying to upload pics there's been no further help from customer service I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE SERVICE IS LIMITED and personally shoe quality is lacking. Just received other shoes from Temu that are far better quality
