Any contact through it goes through the useless ai. Othe ranking aspects on par with every other banking service. No ability to actually connect with real people in an emergency.

Some aspects which aren't as good as other bank apps having just switched. The most annoying being i can't copy in a bank account number unless i can do it in one go. If you switch between apps to check the numbers it won't let you type the rest and is just blank spaces? Obviously this is when copy and paste won't work. Frustrating to have to resort to pen and paper to use an app.
