My recommendation will be for Pollie to include a process that makes more than 1 person the administrator of the Polls back-end - for what is happening back-end to be seen and verified real-time by 2 or more persons - although I highly commend the front-end and the other solid features of Pollie. |

I have been trying to access account / subscription to cancel since I keep getting charged $8.99 every month for the last year but can not access the account, customer service or the APP as it keeps diverting me to dead ends. It does not show up on my Google subscription list or transactions, but it comes out of my account every month. Huge scam!!! I will have to cancel my Google account completely to shut it off. |
