The connectivity of the hardware is abysmal. I've had to set up a smart plug and run a script on a raspberry pi to power cycle the plug, ping the heater until it returns a positive result then run an Alexa routine to power on and set the temperature of the heater in my office every morning. The app itself is fine but the hardware will not maintain an internet connection without being power cycled!

Bought a smart air purifier. Unfortunately it uses this app. The app connects to the air purifier but will not progress with setup. There is no customer support at all so the air purifier wasn't so smart. No stars at all ( if that were an option)
