2025-02-04 | I made the mistake of installing the updated app on my previous phone, and regretted it immediately. It's only good for scrolling, any other button takes at least 10 minutes to load, by which time you'd have done something in the queue to reverse the action. Luckily, I just got another phone that had the older version installed. What a relief 😌. I can now do tasks on the app as usual. Now you guys keep telling me to repeat the mistake of installing your update? No thanks. | ||
2025-02-04 | This new update of the app is very frustrating. The old version is way better than this current update because I can't buy data without the app loading for almost 1 hour or more, which is very frustrating. Please, your team should try and resolve this issue as soon as possible or try incorporating the old version because this new version doesn't work, and it's not fast in processing which is supposed to be you guys primary focus and the satisfaction of the users... thank you | ||
2025-01-28 | Wow! This app is terribly frustrating. The previous version was terrible but at least, it worked. This version took everything that still worked in the previous version and made them 10× slower. It's almost impressive how bad this app is now. I can't purchase data or even check any details. The app loads the home page and stays stuck there. The only thing that works is the scroll function and it's still terrible. The animation for it is all over the place making the app difficult to use. | ||
2025-01-25 | To be honest, previous versions of this app seemed FAIRLY better than the recent version. To start with, the issue of having to constantly login everytime one needs to use the app is quite frustrating. Also, when you are FORTUNATE to login, the app takes forever to load, even under good network coverage. Data purchase seems like an impossible feat, as the app becomes unresponsive until it's done loading the full Home interface. Kindly work on this MTN. | ||
2025-01-24 | You guys delay a whole lot sending OTP just to log in. Most times it never comes. Fix that let me access my data. I've reinstalled the app several times like this directed and its still the same thing. I've not been able to use the app since the 13th of January 2025. This is beyond frustrating. 2025-01-23 | This app has a data sharing problem of recent. If you have multiple data plans active and want to share data, it would rather look at the oldest plan ALONE, regardless of the data left in that plan. So you can get hit with a "You don't have up to this amount of data to share" error even when you have 50gb, just because some old plan is there with 1gb left in it And while you browsing and using data, it would be counting from the newer plans instead. Meaning that old one will never run out | ||
2025-01-23 | In the last 2 months, the android version of this app has been so bad and filled with bugs. Your added numbers don't show up, you don't know how much data you have left on the app, can't purchase data through the app. All this is even when you manage to login, to login is another problem, it keeps logging you out after you login. There is no update on the playstore, so it's not a case of updating your app. MTN needs to fix this. | ||
2025-01-22 | The worst of it all. When a giant like MTN doesn't test software properly before deployment and doesn't listen to users complain, it's unfortunate. Since update, the app takes forever to login and load features. The features don't respond when clicked. I have the latest version of the app. The previous one seem way better than this one packed with many unusable features. | ||

In an attempt to make it sophisticated, the functionality has been greatly reduced and it's so less efficient and frustrating. Would be great if it can be worked on for improvements | ||
