Very happy with BioMed. Very nice and helpful folks there whenever I've needed to call; though more often I use the app/site for my orders as that's more convenient for me. I'd recommend for sure!

After I downloaded and installed the app, I contacted BioMed and they verified my account. I used the app recently to order a refill. I scanned the barcode and I got a message that my order was successful. BioMed sends my order using FedEx. I checked my FedEx account and it showed my order from BioMed was on its way. Very easy app to use. Fast and efficient.
