2025-01-14 | This app works great! I use it to work from home or my Bluetooth in my truck. And the company messaging works good too to keep in contact with our customers. | ||
2024-11-07 | I wish you could do a simple thing such as delete messages, or at least hide them like in iOS. Having old messages that have nothing to do with me because I inherited a new work phone number is extremely annoying. | ||
2024-09-10 | This app sucks. I have to have it for work with my company. I have to uninstall it & reinstall every single day. When I answer the phone anywhere other than home or office, the person can hear me say hello & that's it. I can hear them fine but they can't hear me. The only resolution I've been offered is to reinstall. That doesn't correct the horrific connectivity when I am remote. I shouldn't have to uninstall everyday & sometimes up to 3or4 times a day. I want UC Connect back. I hate this app. | ||
2024-07-29 | This app is so incredibly frustrating!! I have to use it for work when I am on call and it forgets my username and password, will not let me log in, tells me I am using the wrong password and then will not let me change my password. I go through this every five weeks when I am on call. There is no support for the app. No contact email. No phone number. Just an app or app portal page. I don't recommend it. | ||
2024-07-18 | This app is total garbage! Lots of room for improvement. Can't copy and paste phone numbers (or anything else) from the transcription. Can't fast forward through the message using the slide bar. The onlt option is to listen to the entire message all over again. You cannot use voice dictation when trying to send a text message through the app. Clearly not much thought or real world testing went into building this app. Can't add additional text when forwarding a vm to someone. Absolutely horrible! | ||
2024-04-21 | A phone app that doesn't ring when I receive incoming calls ... App worked well for a while and I suppose with the latest update there are issues with the app notifying me off incoming calls. I've checked all settings and troubleshooting documents. Un-installed. Reinstalled. Cleared caches. Nothing helps, including emailing the developers email on the Play Store. Hoping someone will read this review and decide to help. | ||
2023-08-03 | It works alright. There should be more standard, common-sense features, like I should be able to add a contact from voicemail messages. Currently it doesnt' even show what number called and left a message. Same things from the list of calls that have been made/recceived, I should be able to either press the profile icon or the info icon and easily add a caller / number to the contacts. | ||
2023-05-15 | I get notifications about the app crashing frequently. Not all calls come to my phone. I have to log out/log back in and delete/reinstall the app often to get it to start working again. Sometimes the calls will continue to ring to my phone after it is answered. I have to go in certain rooms for people to hear me on calls. It is convenient with a home/office hybrid work schedule when it does work though. | ||
2023-04-05 | Only a small percentage of the calls arrive. When you log out of the app, it says active, and you can't swipe it closed. If you Forcestop it is still active, if you restart it it still active, if you poweroff, it is still active. I have to Uninstall just to stop seeing it! If the screen times out and a call rings, the screen stays black and you can't access anything. I emailed and spoke with our business phone provider, I was told that the current APP version 2.35.23.416 is full of bugs. | ||
2022-12-21 | Asks for unnecessary permissions every time the app is opened. Continues to give push notifications when all notification settings are off. Continues to push calls through to my PERSONAL line with no indication that they're from Elevate even with the redirect settings OFF, making me look like an idiot to my customers. Continues to allow calls after the scheduled "no notifications after x time" setting is set. I have to fully uninstall the app if I take any time off. |
